vom 24.-26. März hatten meine Frau und ich einen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel.Wir möchten uns für die überaus freundliche Aufnahme und Hilfsbereitschaft Ihrer Mitarbeiter bedanken.Obwohl wir kein Englisch sprechen,war immer jemand da der uns auf deutsch weiterhelfen konnte. Hervorragend !

Auch das Frühstück in Auswahl und Qualität war sehr gut.

Die nahe U-Banstation war sehr bequem.

Prag ist eine Reise wert.

Your facility was very clean upon arrival. While at the busy front desk the staff acknowledged your arrival with a smile or a nod of the head. Your front desk staff were very friendly and eager to make our stay a memorable one. The concierge was quite accommodating to our planning and her knowledge of the city was most beneficial. Your house keeping staff, although fluent in English, were very responsive to our needs. A very nice venue to stay in for my first European sojourn of which I hope to have many more. As a family of 3, we had a fantastic week at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and any issues we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The breakfast choice was plentiful and the breakfast hours were very generous. The location was superb - out of the city centre but brilliantly connected by metro only a few stops from anywhere you wanted to be. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend the hotel as excellent value for money.

Dear Mr Hendrich,

I would like thank you most sincerely for your prompt reaction to the collapse of our customer Mr Turley in your hotel recently, Mr and Mrs Turley were part of a group of 32 that we had at your hotel. I believe that you administered CPR until the ambulance arrived and this probably saved his life. Mrs Turley has told us that you accompanied her to the hospital and stayed with her overnight until her son arrived the following day. This was way beyond the call of duty but was very reassuring to both Mr / Mrs Turley especially as they were dealing with a crisis in a country foreign to them.

You will be pleased to know that Mr Turley is recovering well and expects to be back to full health within a few months.

We are very grateful for your outstanding assistance and congratulate you on the manner in which you dealt with this medical emergency.

I was very impressed with both your hotel and your staff. The hotel was bright, clean and attractive. The staff was very attentive and always helpful. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my return for our Annual Conference in October. I would also like to say to you that I forgot to drop off my Smile Bonus Cards. I would like to indicate that Brona Kralova, Sales Coordinator could not have been more prepared and professional. Also, Yvonna in the Gourmet Restaurant was a pure delight; not only did she provide excellent, but she also remembered my name when I came in for dinner the next day. Very impressive.

We (a family of two adults and a 12 y.o. child) stayed in Clarion for 6 nights from January 6 till January 12, 2011. It was very pleasant stay. Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is an excellent hotel, newly-built, extremely clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious. We booked a Perfect Choice package, which included 6-nights stay, return transfer from/to the railways terminal, 2-hours bus city tour, daily city public transport tickets for the whole family, etc. All of that was provided timely and in full range at a very reasonable price. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Although located out of the Old city centre, the hotel is conveniently connected with all the amenities by subway line. It takes about 10-15 min to get Namesti Republiky and 15-20 to get Staromestske namesti or Malostranska. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to explore the city of Prague.

El hotel esta muy bien. Hotel muy grande, con centro de convenciones, gran salon buffet, restaurante gourmet y bar para tomar una copa. Lo mejor, el acceso directo desde el hotel a un gran centro comercial con tiendas, supermercado y restaurantes-cafeterias. Para acceder al metro no es necesario salir a la calle, desde el mismo centro comercial se accede a la estacion y en unas pocas paradas, mas o menos 10 min., estas en pleno centro de Praga, muy cómodo. El desayuno, estupendo, un buffet muy variado, pan, cereales, zumos, embutidos y gran variedad de cocina en vivo(crepes, huevos, salchichas, etc...) y hasta las once de la mañana!!!. La habitacion muy amplia y limpia, con decoracion moderna, minibar, TV (con TVE) e internet gratis (no wifi) y el baño, muy limpio.
En general es una buena opción para Praga, siempre que no busqueis un hotel en el centro, pero gracias a la parada del metro justo debajo del hotel, esto no es un problema y es un hotel mucho mas nuevo y moderno que lo que ofrecen los hoteles mas centricos.

Closely located to the tube and the bus stop, stay at the clarion congress hotel was a great experience. The best part is the fact that the hotel is within a mall which have lots of specialty restaurants and shops to cater to every taste. The hotel has all the possible amenities. The staff is very courteous and speaks good English. The very helpful concierge is ever ready to help and gives great directions and tips to the hot spots in Prague.

Prag ist eine Reise wert! Besonders schön ist der Ausblick vom Petrin aus und hier sollte man auch mit der Standseilbahn zurückfahren, die Fahrt ist bei der 24-Std.Fahrkarte im Preis mit dabei!
Das Hotel war klasse! Tolle und vor allem ruhige Zimmer (trotz Fenster zur Straße), sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal - was will man mehr. Das direkt daneben befindliche Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Essensangeboten war optimal. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Estupendo el hotel, sin inguna duda volveré, es perfecto para viajar en grupo y aunque es cierto que no puedes ir caminando al centro de Praga, en el mismo edificio del hotel está el metro, no hay que salir ni a la calle, se accede por el mismo edificio. Los desayuno son espectaculares, un buffet muy amplio y variado al igual que las cenas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas, las camas super cómodas... en fin es una opción muy buena de alojamiento en Praga si te da igual no dormir en el centro

I was traveling from the U.S.A. to visit some friends and family in the Czech Republic. I can tell that I love this hotel. First, it was incredibly clean and smelled new and fresh. Our sheets and towels were not only changed every day but also looked and smelled like new. Rooms as well the halls are designed with modern and hip furniture. I even took bubble bath, which I normally don't do in the hotel rooms. Also this hotel is very quiet, so I felt like I'm the only one in the whole hotel. The breakfast is done in international style, from US pancakes, cereal, eggs, bacon, variety salads to typical Czech cuisine. This hotel is part of shopping plaza ( by the way with excellent ice cream shop), food court as well subway, busses and street car stations. I truly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to enjoy high class hotel BUT without the overcrowded elevators, launch areas but most of all - no teens parties in the hallways during evening hours. Awesome…

“Good money value”
We stayed at Clarion 4 days in September. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The staff was very helpful giving us information about transport and attractions.
The hotel is quite far from the center but it wasn’t’ a problem because the Clarion is well connected to the center by the Vysočanská metro stations that runs to the best places of Prague.
The buffet breakfast offers a big choice of fresh food: fresh pasties, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, yogurt, vegetables, cured meat and many more. In particular we enjoyed the pancakes made fresh by the chef: a really delightful!
The food at the restaurant was good too. The menu offers several intercontinental specialties.
We really suggest it!
