Aerobic activities are represented by the cardio zone with professional running training machines, cross-trainers, steppers, exercise bicycles and rowing machines. You can also get your body moving in the aerobics gym with large mirror walls, view ports offering a lot of daylight, Hi-Fi sound and springing floor. There are 21 spinning bikes available as well, with integrated computers measuring your pulse, speed and kilometres travelled, and displaying the overall quantity of calories burned.
